Getting ‘glaized’
Dry Glaize Creek – the multi-instrumental duo of Nate Francisco and Gabe McNaughton – draws on old-time, country, blues and other rootsy influences for its distinctive sound.

Into battle
The Range will host its first Battle of the Bands; it will double as a benefit for the Community School of Music and Arts, with the audience deciding the winner. “All votes cost $1, and patrons can vote as many times as they want, for one band or multiple bands,” according to organizers. On the bill are: Alan Xtra, Bad Hand, Brandon Schmitt, Tom and Sadie, The Flunk School Solo Flight , Technicolor Trailer Park, Baby Death Squad Mechanism (BDSM), Friends with Benny's, Ithaca Bottom Boys and Stranded with a Kiss.

Goin’ Underground

A good cause
