The 198th Army Band
Based in Rochester NY, the 198th Army Band provides music for a large variety of public and military events in Upstate NY and throughout the country. The band is under the command of CW3 Matthew Stephens and WO1 Patrick Dunham. The March Concert at Smith Opera House is a community concert during Music in our Schools month, an event happening across the country. For this event, top high school musicians from the greater Rochester area have been invited to join the 198th in a joint concert celebrating the importance of music and patriotism.
